Our mission is to support the growth and continuing operation of Recreational opportunities in Winchester.

We believe that recreation is a core element of community vibrancy and is essential to the wellbeing of individuals. In order to fully achieve that status, the quality of recreation facilities is of paramount importance. We are active in our community with the understanding that grass roots efforts are often the pathway to greatness. We are driven to raise the bar on investments in recreational equipment and facilities for the benefit of all current and future residents.

Vision

We have BIG dreams!

There are a multitude of priorities for raising the level of Winchester’s recreational facilities to best in class. First, our sights are set on continuing the restoration of existing spaces that are in desperate need of updates and repair. Second, we envision Winchester with a few new additions, including a community “third space” for teens.
